Through the restaurant’s menu, chef Alexandru Antal aims to surprise guests with domestic dishes and ingredients, such as quail, sturgeon, sweet polenta, carrots and truffles, all put in surprising, balanced associations. Every dish from our menu is a celebration of local cultural traditions and heritage, passed through the filter of creativity and modern cooking techniques.


Those who wish to try an international gastronomical experience may enjoy the cheese and charcuterie platters from French artisans Jean d’Alos and Eric Ospital.
